During the pilot, the Personal Planner team may read your conversations with the planner to improve the product.
The service
Personal Planner is an assistant that works in WhatsApp — in a private chat with you, or inside your family's group. It is offered in the United States, Canada and Brazil.
Accounts
One subscription covers one household: just you on Individual, up to 4 people on Family, or up to 6 on Family+. You are responsible for who is added to your family group.
Trial and billing
New households get a 14-day free trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, your plan renews monthly or annually at the price shown at sign-up.
Cancellation
Cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
Use the service for your own household. Don't use it to send spam or unlawful content.
