Add the planner to the WhatsApp group you already have. It recognizes each person by their WhatsApp number, so it knows who added the milk, and anyone can give a task to anyone. Family covers up to 4 people and Family+ up to 6; you add the others at sign-up or later from the web app.

Yes. A household can be just you. Instead of adding the planner to a group, you save its number and message it in a private WhatsApp chat. Everything else works the same — groceries by store, tasks and the daily checklist, your calendar, trips, links, the daily brief and finances. The Individual plan is made for this; if someone joins your household later, switch to Family.

Your data stays in your household's own space — it isn't shared with other households or sold. Bank access is read-only: the planner can see transactions, never move money.

In the United States and Canada, banks connect through Plaid, read-only. In Brazil there's no bank connection: you tell the planner what you spent in the chat (“spent 45 at the pharmacy”) and it keeps the budget — no statements to import.

No. Nobody in your household signs in to Google or any other service. The planner keeps your calendar itself, inside the app — you add and ask about plans in the chat. The web pages use a one-time code sent to you on WhatsApp.

English and Portuguese. You pick the planner's language at sign-up, and it's available in the United States, Canada and Brazil.

Every plan includes everything — the daily brief, groceries, trips, tasks, your calendar and the finance features: budgets, spending and bills (with a read-only bank connection in the US and Canada). You can switch plans anytime from the web app.

Yes, anytime. If you cancel during the 14-day trial you're not charged. After that, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
