During the pilot, the Personal Planner team may read your conversations with the planner to improve the product.
Summary
Personal Planner helps you — on your own or with your family — organize your household through WhatsApp. We collect only what we need to do that, keep your data within your household's own space, and never sell it.
What we collect
The names and WhatsApp numbers of the people in your household; the messages, voice notes and files sent to the planner in your private chat or group; the calendar, groceries, tasks, trips and links the planner keeps for you; and, in the US and Canada, read-only transaction data from the bank accounts you connect (in Brazil, the expenses you tell the planner).
How we use it
To run the features you use — the daily brief, lists, trip pages, reminders and finance summaries. We do not use your data for advertising.
Bank data
Bank connections are available in the United States and Canada, through Plaid, and are read-only. In Brazil there is no bank connection; expenses are the ones you tell the planner in the chat. We cannot move money.
Sharing
Trip pages can be shared through links that expire. Otherwise, we share data only with service providers needed to operate the service, under contract.
Your choices
You can export or delete your household's data and cancel at any time by contacting hello@personalplanner.example.
